Finance Committee

The  SAUSBCA Finance Committee's purpose is to ensure the appropriate financial structure is in place to support the overall Association needs and strategic direction of the SAUSBCA.  The SAUSBCA Finance Committee will monitor the activity and make recommendations at each board meeting on the Association investment and banking/debt functions and strategy of the Association.

The Board representatives serving on the Finance Committee will conduct the chair for audit functions and the chair will be responsible for reports to the Board at each meeting.
