Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee acts under the governance of SAUSBCA.  The Nominating Committees is responsible for all nominations and will focus on evaluating the Board of Directors of its respective firm and on examining the skills and characteristics needed in a candidate(s).  The Nominating Committee shall consist of one (1) Association Vice-President as presiding Officer and the Nominating Directors.  The Nominating Committee will provide nominations for deserving individuals within the Association.
