This award is given to a bowler who is able to record eleven (11) consecutive strikes in a single game.  This is awarded one (1) per member per season.  This is a United States Bowling Congress (USBC) award received through the local association manager.

Note.  A Bowler cannot earn this award while per or post bowling unopposed.  See Rule 51a, Item 2-i.

In lieu of a trophy, USBC will make a donation under your name to one (1) of the charities of your choice: BVL, Earl Anthony Fund, International Bowling Museum or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
